KeepWell LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to work at our office in Sterling, VA.

Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

Duties:
Patient Monitoring: Provide remote patient support by tracking and documenting vital signs, ensuring timely communication of any changes to the clinical care team.

Patient Education: Educate patients on care plans, medication adherence, and device usage to promote understanding and compliance.

Clinical Coordination: Collaborate with nurses and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and accurate data reporting.

Compassionate Support: Deliver empathetic, patient-centered assistance that enhances the overall healthcare experience.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Technology Utilization: Use remote monitoring tools and healthcare platforms to facilitate efficient and effective virtual care.

Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or in a related clinical support role. Strong communication and patient interaction skills. Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems preferred.

Degree/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent credential.
